The Heat n Hold is a new generation of food display warmer designed to hold your products at the desiredtemperature anywhere in the cabinet. Your products will appear and taste appetising.The Heat n Hold utilises the dual elements and dual fans to achieve precise temperature control & uniform temperaturethroughout the cabinet. Your customers will enjoy the difference & your products will have a better shelf life.

The Heat n Hold also has a Pre-Heat function that allows you to speed up the cabinet preheating process withoutburning your products. It can also assist in busy periods when the doors are frequently opened.

The Heat n Hold comes standard with 8 x 737mm bakers trays, but additionally each rack will accommodate2 x Gastronorm pans capable of displaying a variety of foods.
